For utility use (answering enquiries), the risk is very low. We are transparent about this in our terms.
We monitor your session every 15 minutes. If it drops, you get an immediate notification by email and SMS. Reconnecting is simple — click "Reconnect" on your dashboard and rescan a QR code. It takes under 30 seconds. Sessions are generally stable and do not expire daily.
No. Zana runs entirely in the cloud. You just scan a QR code once from your existing WhatsApp app — the same way you'd connect WhatsApp Web. After that, everything runs on our servers. Your phone just needs to stay connected to the internet as usual.
Zana listens to both incoming and outgoing messages on your WhatsApp. The moment you type a reply from your own phone, Zana detects it and automatically pauses for that specific conversation. You do not need to press any button or notify the system. After 3 hours of no reply from you, the AI automatically resumes.
Zana automatically replies in the same language the customer uses — including Nigerian Pidgin English. If a customer messages in Pidgin, the AI responds in Pidgin. If they write in English, it responds in English. You can also set a preferred tone: professional, friendly, or casual.
Yes. Each WhatsApp number bills independently. Cancel one number and keep others — or cancel all. Your conversation history and leads are preserved for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export your data.
